First week on Abaiang ‏

Wow it's my second week in Abaiang now and it is pretty great! I have
a new comp named Elder Davis and we kill it out here! The Island is
huge which means a lot of biking. We also visited a small islet on the
north of this place called RIbono, we have to take a boat to get
there! The church has just been introduced up there since it is a
little remote... well a little bit more remote, but it was great we
held the first two baptisms up there to ever happen there! It is great
you can also walk to it if the tides are right but boating is faster
plus there is tons of bwabwai or arrowroot i think thats what it is in
english just like Marakei so it's all great to me! I love working here
and this next week or so i am going to be showing some locals how to
make rice crispie treats so it should be a pretty sweet experience!
It has built my testimony to see and help the church grow out here
and to help and see others grow as well. I love spreading the gospel
and working hard. I feel our Father in HEaven's love and our Savior's
love each and everyday. I know that they love every one of us. We are
given strength enough to pass through anything that comes our way if
we will simply "look to God and live" keep pressing forward and just
like it was said in conference "Latter day saints keep on trying" but
that goes for everyone. I love all of you and hope you all remember
the perfect love that is always there for us.

                              I Nangi Nako Ngai

Kam na bane ni mauri! Life on Tarawa has been pretty sweet and man it has been fast I just caught word that i am moving to Abaiang on Wednesday haha. I love you all! I think they got email on Abaiang so we will find out but i am excited and sad at the same time Betio is a great area and there are a lot of investigators and members i will miss. I know that this church is true i have seen and felt miracles. The Lord has his hand in the work and is always beside us to uplift us. I know He lives and I hope all of you will always remember that as well. It is the most amazing thing to feel his love for his children. Ilove you all again sorry it is short this week.
